We prepare a syrup by diluting three tablespoons of sugar in a glass of water and bringing it to a boil. With a brush, Lightly varnish the pumpkin pieces and bake at 90º so they slowly dehydrate.

After 30 minutes, we turn the pieces and if we want to varnish them again. After about 45 minutes, will be dehydrated and crispy, and they will begin to toast. Leave them at that point and serve them when they are cold. You will be surprised by the result.
