Legs tired during pregnancy ?: 5 creams that can help you relieve them

During pregnancy it is normal to feel very heavy legs because of the weight and pressure exerted by the baby on them. Of course, if we add to that a climate as hot as the one we are having during these days, the question can become a real ordeal. Although in the refreshing beauty tricks that we shared recently I had already told you about this type of products, today I give you a list of creams that may come in handy to relieve discomfort or prevent them in case they haven't appeared yet.

The first thing to keep in mind is how to use them: the ideal is to take a shower before inserting a jet of cold water and hot water on the legs to activate circulation. Later a light massage from the ankles to the thighs should be done (preferably if we are lying with our legs up), insisting on the points where a greater tension is felt.

Some of the creams that we can find in the market are:

Decongestive Legs Cool Cream by Montibello

It is a very light cream-gel that produces a cold effect (which is much appreciated). It is designed to improve microcirculation, reduce spider veins and minimize swelling (also, thanks to its combination of Ginger, Ginkgo-Flavonoid, Palmaria Palmata and Witch hazel, ivy, arnica, Horse chestnut, menthol and Camphor.

It is one of the ones that I have used and I must say that it has a very subtle and pleasant aroma and that the feeling of relief is noticeable immediately... also its consistency is perfect for the massage but then it is completely absorbed, so it does not leave any sticky sensation on the skin.

Martiderm Emulsion Legvass

This emulsion helps fight venous leg failure improving microcirculation thanks to its plant bioactives: Red Vine, Horse Chestnut and Centella Asiatica. It also moisturizes, nourishes and tones, providing a feeling of well-being, although without cold effect because it contains neither alcohol, menthol nor camphor. It is especially indicated for heaviness of legs during pregnancy.

Prénatal Future Mom tired legs gel

It is a gel of rapid absorption with active ingredients that contribute to give immediate relief to fatigued and swollen legs producing a feeling of freshness on the skin and helping to keep the skin elastic and hydrated.

Its formula is enriched with menthol, which in addition to giving an immediate feeling of freshness and relief, also favors the microcirculation and elimination of excessive liquids. Its composition is free of allergens, parabens, petrolates, dyes, animal proteins, MEA and SLES.

Mustela light legs gel

This gel is also specifically formulated to relieve the feeling of tired legs during pregnancy and provide well-being thanks to its association of active and ingredients of natural origin, among which we find avocado peptides (which in theory has calming properties that decrease the sensation of heat and provide comfort to the epidermis) and menthol extract (which refreshes immediately to provide rest and well-being).

The safety of mom and baby is guaranteed by its high tolerance and hypoallergenic formula, your safety guarantee during maternity (evaluated by an independent expert), and a list of ingredients that excludes parabens, phthalates, phenoxyethanol, bisphenol A and S, caffeine and alcohol.

Farmalastic Venaliv Comfort Tired Legs Gel

It is part of a special range for people suffering from venous insufficiency, although this particular product is specially designed for pregnant women.

It promises to relieve tiredness and the feeling of heaviness from overload, moisturize the skin and improve microcirculation thanks to a combination of plant assets (goldenrod, lemon and rusco). Parabens are not included in its formula and can be applied a maximum of 4 times per day.

Although the creams we propose here are recommended for pregnant women, we can use them all women who suffer from tired legs (in fact every summer they become an essential product for me).

Have you tried any of them ?. Would you recommend any other that you have tried and given you a good result?
