After a year looking for a pregnancy and having an abortion at eight weeks, the couple of photographers Vic and Marie, after taking time to process the loss, wanted to do a tribute to motherhood inspired by the magical world of Disney princesses.

As a backdrop, they chose the majestic Newman Castle in Texas, with a moat and a huge drawbridge weighing more than a ton.
