The Spanish Federation of large families launches on the Internet "Ask the Government" an initiative to collect the concerns of families

The Spanish Federation of Large Families (FEFN) is a non-profit, independent and non-denominational entity that represents and defend the interests of large families. It has been declared a Public Utility Entity since 2003 and its objective is to obtain social and economic recognition for these families and, consequently, grant them facilities in access to goods and services, both public and private.

The FEFN, on its website has raised an initiative with a series of ideas, so that these families vote and / or propose the ones they consider most useful and the most voted will be transferred to the political parties and the Government that leaves the polls on November 20, 2011 so that they take into account the reality of Spanish households and the issues that most concern these types of families.

This federation has created a simple tool accessible from its website so that families can make their requests very easily and quickly. On the page you can provide measures and also vote those that other people are proposing.

"We have been working with this group for many years and we know the main demands, but we have detected that at the moment there is a lot of sensitivity with certain issues, there are more needs in families and we want to know exactly what are the priorities in homes throughout Spain", explains the President of the FEFN, Eva Holgado.

The FEFN also wants to "see if this sensitivity is also found in politicians, who are campaigning for general promises, which sound great, but which in most cases do not materialize into real concrete initiatives."

Between the most voted proposals Highlight: changes in the personal income tax, payment by the government of a monthly amount per dependent child, bonuses on energy consumption and taxes, greater number of dining scholarships, zero cost in schools even if they are arranged, help for family reconciliation and labor among many other approaches.

We recommend, for all of you who are large families, take a look at their website.
