There is a sport for every child

Playing sports helps children develop physical skills, they also have fun, meet more children and adults and help them to be more sociable, learn to play as part of a team and improve their self-esteem. It will also intervene to avoid obesity that is causing so many alarms.

The school starts teaching our children the sport, but perhaps it is not enough and you can resort to sports clubs or associations, which if they are close to home will facilitate your attendance.

It is very important the work of parents to encourage the child to play sports. Emotional support is the basis for the child to feel like attending the training. You have to accompany him and witness the game, the race, the dance, how he knows how to swim, etc., start conversations so that he can explain his experiences with his teammates or with the coach and, above all, help him learn that he doesn't always win and that That won't make us love him less. Although they are small and the challenges are equally less valued (for some), recognizing in our children their sports skills, seeing how they have fun and exercising, will satisfy us greatly.

In general, sport is a very good activity for children to develop, both physically and mentally, even intelligence factors, discipline and their behavior can be more positive, which will serve in the future.

Do not give up if the sport that your child has started to do is not like it, it is very possible that you will find another one that suits him, there is a sport for every child, if they start small in some sporting activity, it is easier for them to continue.
