Stressed women more likely to have girls?

A new study of those to which I give little credibility has been released, however I tell you what it is.

Danish researchers crossed data on six thousand births with information provided by the mother about her level of stress, reaching a conclusion that those who were stressed, including poor sleep quality, were 5% more likely to father girls than boys.

While they suggest that perhaps it is one of the causes for which fewer men are born in the world, they also believe that stress-causing hormones may prevent a male embryo from implanting in the uterus.

The mother's stress may have to do with certain factors that influence the ability to conceive, the development of the baby or the possibility of having a preterm birth, for example, but what does it have to do with the sex of the baby? On the other hand, it is known that sex is a genetic information determined by man.

That said, I don't give it much credibility. It is in the style of studies "mothers who cradle their baby with the right arm indicate symptoms of stress", of which I have spoken to you some time ago.

Research should deepen in this regard. Maybe they have a scientific basis and I come to find the explanation of why I have two girls, who knows.
