What more can you ask for in a fantasy story, suitable for the little ones but also for all audiences and enjoy themselves as a family ... Well, let it be a musical and we can see it on stage. It's what we have with the classic "Alice in Wonderland", which is represented on the weekends of August at the Teatro Lara in Madrid.
The adaptation is from La Maquineta company, which already has experience in this type of work for children with the interpretation of classics such as 'Sleeping Beauty', 'Treasure Island', 'Puss in Boots', 'Cinderella', 'Jack and the magic beans', 'Around the world in 80 days' and 'The emperor's new suit'.
This Lewis Caroll classic will give life to the restless and imaginative Alice with Anabel Villalba. The Queen, the Rabbit Lord, Humpty Dumpty, the Blue Caterpillar ... are other characters that will blow the imagination of the little ones.
As the director and adapter of the play explains, Roberto Doctor (who in turn plays the Lord Rabbit), "There are many winks for the elderly, sparkling dialogues and a special mood."
The price of tickets is around 15 euros, according to locations, and can be enjoyed in morning sessions. The representation of "Alice in Wonderland" is recommended after two years and lasts 65 minutes in which many children will surely be curious to learn more about this universal character, apart from enjoying the songs.
