We cultivate the future, sharing ideas for healthy eating

In the blog we often discuss the issue of childhood obesity, and we are also interested in the ideal nutrition to combat it, along with physical activity and other healthy habits. The Cultivamos Futuro platform aims to help fight childhood obesity spreading the ideas of mothers and fathers so that their children eat better.

In addition, if we participate we can win the fruit and vegetable supply in our house for a year, which is not bad if we consider the price at which these foods are ...

In Spain there are three times as many obese children as 15 years ago, and these are data that are extended to a greater or lesser extent to other countries around us.

However, most of us have a trick or an idea to make our children eat better. In order to share those "tricks" to help eat many more children better, it is created We cultivate future.

The idea is sponsored by the fruit and vegetable company "Bouquet", and to access the raffle you have to register on the web and upload our ideas explained with videos, images, texts ... Our proposal is disseminated and voted on by other users. If our idea is one of the 10 most voted, they send us fruit and vegetables for a year.

The same prize is drawn among all registered users who participate. The scope of the promotion is Spain and you can participate until February 28, 2011, that is, there is time ahead. The prize is a box of seasonal fruits and vegetables every 15 days, for one year (except August).

Taking into account that one of the stores that we visit most weekly since we have daughters is the greengrocer, the prize does not seem bad (although a box probably does not arrive for 15 days, we should see the size), so that I think I will be encouraged to leave my ideas in "Growing a future" to make children eat more fruit and vegetables.
