November 7 1977 the Spanish premiered on Episode IV of the Star Wars. I remember going to see her with my family at the movies Real cinema from Madrid and having been amazed by the images and the sound that I saw and heard on the screen and on the speakers of that cinema, already disappeared. In those years of EGB the children of Spain did not have mobile devices, or technology, or Internet to share things, just chrome albums, posters that sold in the magazines of the time, a version novelized of the movie and some comic published by Bruguera. One of the things I remember from this premiere is that some classmate said that episode IV was part not of a trilogy but of a series of nine films. It seems he was right.
And, almost forty years later of that movie will be released in December 2015 episode VII, that is, the one that follows The return of the Jedi. To celebrate the launch, the promotional machinery has been launched and of course, now times have changed a lot. For the EGB generation that we grew up learning astronomy, science fiction, adventure, fantasy, humor and a lot of camaraderie with Star Wars is good news that episode VII is released, and I hope that soon also the rest of the trilogy, and that we can still see it because a lot has happened time since it was released in 1977. Although, yes, George Lucas has made profitable his films meanwhile publishing reviews and digitized versions that put us back in the cinema to see episodes from I to VI.

For our children they are films that still maintain tension and interest. The challenge for us is to encourage them to complete the entire series and get the nine films seen by millions of people and several generations around the world. Although my favorite is, and will be, Star Wars (Star Wars episode IV), because it is a film of good and bad that time does not pass and I think it brings as an extraordinary novelty, which is set in space.
