Recipes for the whole family: Camembert and ham pie, Nutella profiteroles and more delicious stuff

How are you doing appetite? Lunchtime is approaching and today as every week and we put on the apron to get into the kitchen and prepare delicious recipes for the whole family. Because we love to renew the menus and that the kids get used to trying new dishes.

We bring you the best recipes of our companions of Direct to the Palate and Vitónica with which you can prepare varied and healthy dishes. Today in our selection we highlight appetizing dishes of appetizers and salads, main dishes and desserts and sweets. Bon Appetite!

Snacks and salads

  • Camembert cheese cake and serrano ham (cover photo), a recipe that we love as good lovers of serrano ham and cheese, a kind of pizza that can be taken hot or warm along with a salad.

  • Potatoes with homemade hot pickled mussels, a snack that takes advantage of the success of canned potatoes and canned mussels but in a homemade way, cooking the mussels, frying the potatoes and making our pickles ... all in half an hour!

Main dishes for the whole family

Desserts and snacks

  • Profiteroles de Nutella and chocolate (photo above), a classic dessert of medium difficulty, which we can have ready in about 90 minutes. Who are encouraged? Surely the kids will appreciate this sweet with your favorite cocoa cream. You can also try to make your own homemade cocoa cream.

  • Star puff pastry and Nutella, an easy recipe for children that continues to take advantage of the ingredient star of the kids, cocoa cream. We only need 2 round slices of puff pastry, Nutella and 1 egg white and the delicious star is ready in half an hour.

  • Mango, yogurt and orange juice smoothie (top photo). A delicious snack, different and refreshing. It contains many carotenes and calcium, potassium, vitamin D, vitamin C, fiber and if we dress it with nuts, the good fats of Omega-3 are added. Triumph assured.

  • Orange blossom and olive oil madeleines, some different muffins for breakfast or snack and with a very special aromatic touch.

  • Thyme sorbet. We finish with a refreshing and light drink, aromatic and surprising flavor, ideal for snack or after a good meal and incorporating dairy.
