Every night millions of women sleep with a tit outside

Do you see this woman in the picture? It's my wife. Well, my wife, and millions of women who sleep every night with a tit outside, or with the other, or with both. Or it was, because now almost a year ago that Guim, the little one of the three, left his chest of his own free will. With her breastfeeding, with my wife's third lactation, she added 9 years of breastfeeding to three children, equivalent to 9 years with a breast outside midnight, and 9 years in which when I turned around I saw the same Than in the illustration.

And if the drawing exists, it is shared, and I am publishing it, it is because I am sure that this is the bread of every day (or every night) in millions of homes. Homes where babies are breastfed by day and also by night, breaking with a myth that says babies, at night, have to sleep through the night (at least those who have already 6 months).

No one believes that myth anymore

And luckily, because when we started with the first one, with Jon, now 9 years ago, it was super usual to hear it: "at 6 months you have to pass it to your room and you have to stop eating at night because your glucose stores are enough to not need to eat. " And they told you so, and many mothers trying not to ask the child, giving him water so that he did not eat or trying to prime him before bedtime, with milk and cereals, as if it were a Christmas dinner, to see if he could endure until The next morning, because it was what I had to do, normal.

But time has passed and has given reason to those who know more about this than anyone: 6 month babies, that have not only shown that it is absurd to try to endure all night, but that it is practically impossible. Yes, there are many who sleep all night, but if we talk about breastfeeding children, breastfeeding children, those who do what has been done for millions of years, then they are a minority.

The majority are still waking up at night, the majority breast and most end up like this, as in the picture, sucking for a while until it is full or falls asleep, with sleeping mom, to such an extent that the morning comes and not even the mother really knows how many shots she has taken or cares too much, because that is how she sleeps and thus the baby sleeps, and so the child feeds, also at night, to the point of fulfilling what was also demonstrated in a study: that babies who sleep with their parents are breastfed for longer.

With the tit out, also during the day?

Surely every woman, with her breastfeeding, has several anecdotes, and some similar to Miriam's: "Today I opened the door with the tit out," he told me one day. And I was not surprised ... rather, it seemed normal. A moment of madness, she alone with the three, the child sucking, you try to attend to another who asks I do not know what or complains of I do not know how many, you get up, the little one who lets go, you think that now you give it a little more and do not keep it, knock on the door, you do not know where to throw, and look, as usual in the world you open the door. The boy looks at you weird, he gives you your package and says goodbye in self-confidence. You don't know what that behavior is about, and then you close the door, you turn around, you approach the child again to take out your chest and continue with what you were and you realize you already have it out. "Olé!"

Let's see when you get a few (nursing mothers) and publish a book with your anecdotes, how sure it will be the sea of fun!
