Pregnancy is not always a wonderful and perfect stage for women, as it may not be the first few days after the birth of the baby. Or at least that's what Maya thinks, a young mother of two children who has wanted to portray on her Instagram account the least kind part of pregnancy and motherhood.
Her photos are becoming viral because Maya shows in them the real side of motherhood in a tremendously fun and ingenious way, using only a blackboard, a large dose of creativity and a patient husband protagonist of many of his snapshots.
Truths in humor
In this photo titled "29 weeks pregnant and starving", Maya shows the fun side of hunger during pregnancy and personally I have felt tremendously identified with that bottomless pit that we sometimes become pregnant women.

As the pregnancy progresses, the discomforts begin to become more noticeable and Maya highlights in this photo the increase of her gut and the constant need to go to the bathroom.
"31 weeks pregnant. I can't see my feet. I have to pee ... again. I'm fine."

And what do you tell me about cravings? Maya portrays perfectly and in a humorous way what it feels like to have a craving and the anxiety that is generated by not being able to satisfy it, although this time it is your partner who is responsible. So, watch pregnant husbands, take good note!

Oh the hormones! Those big culprits of mood swings or uncontrollable tears during pregnancy. We are like a roller coaster of emotions and who does not understand Maya will be responsible for explaining it.

And as the due date approaches, fears and uncertainty on how it will develop everything begins to invade us. It does not matter if we already have more children, as is the case of Maya who wonders ironically and using iconography:

Days later, and again displaying the humor that characterizes him, Maya published a new and fun photograph that perfectly tells the first moments as a mother of two, dark circles, tiredness and lack of privacy even to go to the bathroom.

And Maya also dares to breastfeed, sincerizing and explaining the hard times she has had to go through.
"Breastfeeding. I am an atrocious hunger and very thirsty. Could anyone give me chocolate?
It has been difficult, but we are at it. There is blood, excruciating pain and many tears, but I would do it again for her. If it hadn't worked, I would have bottle fed him like I did with Zoey, because feeding your baby shouldn't be anyone else's business but yours and your son's. Do what works for you! "
