A short film about Don Quixote starring children in a nursery

Who could imagine it? Children of such a young age starring in a short film about El Quijote. They have rehearsed, they have prepared the papers and they have represented them with some help and with their improvisation abilities, somewhat naive due to their young age but very gratifying to see, where the eight minutes of duration, surely they become short.

The 28 children who have participated, belong to the socio-educational center of attention to children La Jara de Aracena (Huelva), where the short film was shot on the occasion of the event last year, of the publication of the work of Miguel de Cervantes.

José Martín, provincial delegate for Equality and Social Welfare of the Junta de Andalucia, affirms that "our children, however young they may be, can begin perfectly in the knowledge of the great classics" The director of the socio-educational center, Mario Rodríguez, pronounced himself saying that what the educators sought in addition to making this type of great works known to the little ones, was to convey the importance of dreams as a goal to follow.

This short film that focuses on windmills, the encounter with Dulcinea and some other Don Quijote adventure, will be distributed in different socio-educational centers in DVD format, with the intention of motivating them to carry out similar activities.
