As you will know, in Babies and more we defend and encourage breastfeeding. One of the ways to spread its benefits is to provide the best information about it, information that unfortunately does not reach all mothers or does not arrive in a timely manner.
I found this video for more than half an hour that all future moms should see with essential, clear and concise information about breastfeeding. Its titled The chest has no schedule and is the video translation Breast is best from Gro Nylander, Norwegian and creator of the first national breastfeeding center in Oslo, also the author of several books, including Nine months of waiting, which we have already talked about in the blog.
In the video they explain the benefits of breastfeeding from the nutritional, immune point of view and the link that it generates between the mother and the baby. Also on how to hold the baby to the breast, the best position, how to stimulate the production and output of milk and other practical advice about the most frequent doubts among parents.
It is a very useful video for childbirth preparation classes, but as some of them leave a lot to be desired and do not talk for a minute about breastfeeding, I suggest you see it full here.
