Today we bring to the pages of Babies and more another tool for Safe browsing of our children online. It is a search engine that, unlike search engines as popular as Google or Yahoo, there are filters so that pages that are not related to what we were looking for and with adult, violent or pornographic content do not appear (or at least greatly reduced) .
The search engine is Ask Kids, developed by the team of its version for seniors, Ask.com and it has the supervision of its creators so that contents not suitable for children under 13 appear. Yes, it's in english and most of its contents too.
The website is divided into 5 sections to focus searches:
- Schoolhouse to do homework and school work or simply learn about the topics that interest them.
- Movies: links to the most popular children's movies, from their official websites to fan clubs.
- Games: links to find games, with a list of games on-line free.
- Videos: a kind of YouTube for children, in the style of Totlol that we saw here.
- Images and photographs.
Some of these sections can be selected more specifically ages, among children and adolescents.
Attention to the case that appears on the right side of the home page, as it will help the little ones to flood the screen of drawings and coloring. To delete our last drawing, click on "Undo" or "reset" to erase everything.
