The last week in Peques and more

As we usually do, we will see a review of Peques highlights and more, our sister blog, with all the information that interests parents of children between 5 and 12 years old.

A good advice to keep in mind these days is how we can save with the return to school.

We have been able to see an original selection of crafts that children can do at home, such as cut-outs to make paper characters and some placemats to make with children's drawings.

They have also told us about the benefits that theater classes have for children. Among other things that improve your memory, your motor skills, develop your imagination and meet new people. In addition, we recommend some sites in Madrid.

Related to childhood obesity, one of the main threats to children's health, we have known two interesting news: that the mayor of Salt Lake City proposes that children walk to school, an example that we should all follow, and that televisions will regulate food advertising to fight childhood obesity.

If you plan a getaway with your children, the last week there has been a lot of content about traveling with children. We have been told about things to do with children in London, about 25 trips to Castilla-La Mancha to do with children and they have recommended the series of books “Routes through the Community of Madrid”.

This week, you can find many more interesting tips on the Peques blog and more.
