Heat in the tripita to relieve infant colic

The origin of infant colic is not known for sure, but parents who have a baby with colic know how desperate they can be. Therefore, I want to share with you a remedy that has gone very well with my baby to relieve colic: apply heat to the tripita.

As you know, there are no preventive remedies against infant colic, but there are palliative ones. There are certain things we can do to calm the baby's pain such as walking him in his arms (face down on the forearm), massaging the gut clockwise, giving him a warm bath, a stroller ride, the cradle of the cradle, etc. Not all of them work for all babies, but with trying we lose nothing.

One thing I have tried lately and it relieves my baby's colic for almost five months quite a bit is to place heat locally on the tripita. How can we do it?

Desperate for the inconsolable crying in a colic crisis, it occurred to me to heat water in a bottle in the microwave. And no, I have not been given to drink. What I have done is to place it (warm, but not boiling, on the tripita) doing a gentle massage with the bottle as if it were a roller.

The truth is that it calmed her down a lot, that's why it occurred to me to look for other ways to apply heat to the babies' guts and I found some seedbeds, which are precisely anti-colic (well, they promote them like that).

They are some sachets that contain seeds that are heated one minute in the microwave. They are placed hot on the baby's triplet, or the bag is placed and the baby is laid on top of her face down.

There are common ones (a cloth bag filled with seeds), some special stuffed animals for babies and one that is the one I bought that is a roller massager with cherry seeds (which is also the cheapest).

You can buy them at Baby Deli, an ecological goods store in Madrid that I talked to you a few days ago, which also has an online store. There are also other stores (online and not) where they are obtained.

Try them and tell me.
