The question of the week: What do you do if your baby hits you?

Every Wednesday we launch you the question of the week, in which we propose a topic for us to debate and participate our readers, and also, we review the most valued responses among those that you left us the previous week.

This week, our question is about a problem that many parents find in parenting and are sure to worry and try to solve respectfully: What do you do if your baby hits you?

Young children sometimes hit or bite their parents. It's not that they want to hurt us, but that they don't know how to express their anger, frustration or nerves in any other way. The parents feel overwhelmed, then, the little one does not understand that it hurts or should not be stuck, and they do not understand how it has acquired this custom if they never hit them. I invite you to tell us how you have reacted if this has happened to you and how you have solved it.

Remember that you have to leave the answers in the published question, so that other users can vote for the one that seems most useful. Next Wednesday we will publish the most valued responses by readers.

Last week's question

Last week we asked you, what tricks do you use to prevent flu and colds?

Of the answers that you have sent us the most valued has been that of Lourdes Castillo Ruiz who tells us his remedy:

My big trick is ... MY TETA! And it really works, I assure you.

I also highlight the response that Cristina Calero Ruiz sends us, which explains that the immune system is essential for prevention.

Good food, good rest and above all, keep the immune system in good shape: with 26 months we continue with breastfeeding. In addition, there is something that for me is very important for both children and adults: a good mood. Avoid tantrums, dislikes ... contact, having fun, laughing, playing, feeling protected, feeling safe ... all these things that now psychoneuroimmunology shows that really strengthen our defenses. Emotions translate into chemistry and chemistry is the internal language of the body. And from my own experience I know that after having a hard time, it is easier to catch flu and colds, so enjoy!
