The characters of successful children's series quickly jump to the shelves of toy stores becoming the favorite toys of the little ones. That is why it is not surprising that the characters on TV are the stars of the letters to the Magi.
According to a study by El Chupete, organizer of the International Children's Communication Festival of the same name, children increasingly ask for more mobile devices, such as the iPad 2, but the traditional toy is kept alive and, within it, "the rage for the 'licensing' of children's series marks one of the toy trends of 2012 ".
Among the toy successes present in most Christmas cards are toys of the characters best known by children from 0 to 3 years old like Rayo McQueen, the Clanners, Dora the Explorer, Mickey Mouse, Pocoyo and of course, SpongeBob .
Among the older children, the race track of the Japanese series "Scan 2 Go", Ben 10 and tops inspired by TV series such as Bey Blades or Lyoko Code triumph.
Undoubtedly, the sensation of this year among the girls has been the Monster High dolls, in Gothic style, based on the animated series that the Boing chain broadcasts in Spain. Their aesthetics are of doubtful taste, but they are a difficult treasure to get: they are sold out in toy stores because they are girls' favorites.
It is inevitable that favoritism for certain toys comes through television, but it is also advisable to combine the toy stock with other types of toys that have no relation to the small screen.
