We learn together the tenth month: now crawl! How to overcome all obstacles before walking

How many times do you hear: I don't like babies. I prefer when they already do monkeys to the 10 or 12 months. Although I strongly disagree with the first point, my experience with the baby in the first few months could not have been more incredible, the second is true. With the passing of the months the number of monerías and "I eat it" multiplies by ten ... and also the number of dangers lurking.

Crawling the world

The little one is already 10 months old and, although the months are not mathematical (they usually begin to crawl between 8 and 11 months), it is very likely that the little one can already crawl freely with his hands and knees. What a pride to see him crawl like a snake, some with the culete and others with the knees, all over the house! At the beginning it can be somewhat irregular but with the weeks it becomes an art so perfected that keeping up with it is totally impossible.

When he sits his legs They may already be extended and their backs straight, their balance is total and they begin to want to rely on furniture or objects to stand up. The parents' first thought is: My God, crawling, it is supported !, if it was born yesterday. The second; My God, the plugs, the doors, the corners, the ..., the ...!

Security before everything

Just by imagining the dangers that the little one can encounter, one can reach hystericism, calm down! Common sense and some simple safety standards it will be enough for our beloved baby to continue on his safe path, now that he enjoys it alone.

-If possible, book one exclusive room for him. A simple room, without carpets, decorative elements or anything that can hit with your head or with what you can slip. Carpets are not suitable for the amount of dust they accumulate. Fill it with your favorite toys, tackle and little friends

-Make sure that everything you use meets safety standards: from your toys to your cradle, there are strict measurements regarding the separation of its bars to prevent the child from being trapped.

-Protect cables and plugs, some simple plastic plug-protectors will suffice and are very easy to find. The corners of the tables should also be protected.

-Avoid clothes with hair, carpets, stuffed animals and curtains that can cause allergies if the child is predisposed to it.

-An intercom will serve as a priority safety element when the baby is not next to you.
