This is a recipe that brings us memories. Memories of a birthday party, memories of grandmothers and mothers, and memories that should be transmitted to ours. That's why I want you to prepare a summer biscuit and chocolate cake with your kids, so that you always remember that precious moment.

- For the cake, 400 gr of square cookies, 250 gr of chocolate to melt, 150 gr of butter, 2 eggs, 400 ml of whole milk, 150 gr of icing sugar and 1 pinch of salt

How to make cookie and chocolate cake with children
The cookie cake is very simple to prepare and it only takes a little patience to place layers of the two ingredients that this assembly has. On the one hand, the cookies soaked in hot milk and on the other, the layers of a chocolate cream.
In each house they prepare this stuffing in a way, from using Nutella layers that can be alternated with jam layers, to authentic ganaches or chocolate creams flavored and lowered with liquid cream. On this occasion we will prepare a homemade cream that we will use for the filling of the cake and for its coverage, we will use melted chocolate with butter.
To make the chocolate filling cream, we began by melting the chocolate in pieces in the microwave with the butter. We beat the egg yolks with the sugar and when they bleach, we incorporate them into the melted chocolate. Add the whipped whites until stiff and we will integrate them into the cream with enveloping movements. We reserve the cream in the fridge once it is homogeneous.
We heat the milk in a saucepan and when it is warm, lightly bathe the cookies one at a time, then place them in a glass bowl. We are placing the aligned cookies to create a rectangular cake or cake. Children can help us with this task if they are of adequate age and are doing it carefully.
On each layer of cookies we put another chocolate cream and then repeat the operation again. To all they will love to participate smearing the cream on the cookies or trying to see how sweet it is. Ideally, make a cake with four or five layers of cookies and so the cut will be spectacular.
Once finished assembling alternate layers of cookies and chocolate cream, cover the cake with melted topping chocolate with a little butter and decorate with hearts and other pastry accessories. To eat!!!
