In the United States the film has already been released and has been seen by more than 13 million viewers being a record at the height of High School Musical 2. In Spain, tomorrow Friday the 13th at 9:30 p.m. Teen Beach Movie opens, the original Disney Channel movie. This is a perfect musical comedy for the whole family starring Ross Lynch and Maia Mitchell.
Ross Lynch, the star of the family channel series Austin & Ally, plays Brady in the film and Maia Mitchell, of the series The Fosters of the American chain ABC, is McKenzie. Together they play the role of two young surf lovers that, after an unexpected event, they will be trapped inside a musical movie.
From Disney they report that since September 10 the original soundtrack of the film is already on sale with an album full of catchy rhythms and 60s sound that the most fans can't miss. And for those who want to keep or collect the movie, the DVD will be available from September 25.
An unpublished chapter of the Teen Beach Movie will be broadcast before Austin & Ally in which we can see how Ally behaves strangely after having kissed Austin. And then, also on Disney Channel, you can see Jessie, in which Tony will dedicate a song for his anniversary.
