"Windmills": the light that can change the existence of a family

From the animated short film “Windmills” one could say that it is beautiful, but it is also touching and full of hope; It also has an aesthetic finish made with a lot of imagination. It was done as graduation work by Guillaume Bergère, Guillaume Coudert, Maria Glinyanova, Bruno Guerra and Charlotte Jammet; students of the Georges Méliès film and animation school.

The secret of the beauty of this little treasure lies in factors such as evocative music with the voice of Lucie Mayjonade, a good lighting that accompanies each scene, and the great quality of the animations that adapt to the different moments

The protagonist's dream is to collect light in spherical shaped containers, to brighten a dark world. For it, its greatest allies are the large mills that pick up any trace of light in the outside world with their blades. She is a brave and stubborn girl, who barely has anyone to 'support' her fragile existence.

And this is because his father is unable to bear the pain that comes from the memory of the mother, a great drama that changed their lives. At the peak of the action, the parent manages to get out of his lethargy, just in time! Now you can start a new life, in which there will be no more darkness.
