A poem for Mother's Day'14: "With the five senses"

Tomorrow is Mother's Day and in Babies and more It is a day to keep in mind because it is a blog aimed at fathers and mothers, but above all to them, who are the ones who create and give birth to the children of now, people of the future.

As every year, to celebrate, I offer a poem for Mother's Day. On this occasion I wanted to focus on how limited a baby is to perceive his mother and his environment, because of how immature they reach the world, but at the same time what is recorded in the memory everything that is received at that age and in childhood, it endures forever. The title is "With the five senses".

With the five senses

A light suddenly
The heat is left behind
the environment has changed,
Now hears your voice.

A little kiss on the forehead,
he perceives your smell,
Your touch already feels
I already feel love.

And he looks for you, he moves,
full is of value,
and climb, and pretend,
Find your taste

Close your eyes and smell you
hey your breath
open your hands, feel you
and record that feeling.

Days and months pass,
he gets older
He walks, how he grows!
How it runs in the sun!

You look back, you look forward,
you remember that you were the most important thing,
but the years go by and it gets big,
And it's not the same anymore, but you're his mother.

You forget but remember when he hugs you
and as a baby, it still smells like you
When he cries and calls you
When something hurts.

Search again for your smell,
Seek to feel your warmth
hear your breath again,
flood with you, your love.

Forever, mom: Happy Mother's Day.

Dedicated to all mothers, because they are always there. They say that older people, in their last hours, when they leave, when they are about to die, say "Mom." She is not there, many years ago she left, but that feeling, everything we recorded when we were little, is forever in our memory. And in difficult times, when all learning is of no use, when we feel alone and unprotected, there is always her. With its smell, its heat, its voice and its arms, getting us to feel good again, safe from any evil. Thanks to all the mothers.
