Dinners at home are always extra work and more when children are on vacation. One of the best options to keep them happy and make sure they are going to eat everything is to prepare small pizzas or individual pizzetas that will have dinner without problem. Today we are going to make some ranch pizzetas for the whole family.

Although the Today's ranch pizzas are made with American-style minced beef, you can also make them with sausages, with bits of bacon or ham, and if you think, add some vegetables that inside the pizza, will go unnoticed and they will eat it superbly.

Ingredients for 4 individual ranch pizzetas

  • 4 individual pizza bases, 4 tablespoons of concentrated tomato, 1/2 ball of mozzarella cheese, some barbecue sauce and 200 g of minced meat, oregano and extra virgin olive oil

How to make individual ranch pizzetas

I love the individual pizza bases. Although as you know many times we make pizza dough at home, it is great when you go bad weather to be able to resort to the bases already prepared that we find in the supermarket. If you do not find these individual bases, you can also use the classic wafers for dumplings They do the same function without problem.

I have chosen these of individual size because they are excellent for feeding or dining for children, and they are also excellent for older dinners if we make an assortment of pizzetas in tasting plan. We will prepare them in a moment, as you will see.

We preheat the oven to 220º. On a baking sheet, we put baking paper and place the pizzetas with some separation between them. On each of them we put a teaspoon of concentrated tomato and spread it with the back of the spoon itself giving circular movements.

We crumble the mozzarella and distribute it in the bases, filling the holes with minced meat. We add four drops of barbecue sauce in each pizzeta, add the oregano and a dash of olive oil and bake until the pizzas are golden brown. It can not be easier.
