Marissa says she was not comfortable with the body she had before she was a mother. Then she has become pregnant with the first, has breastfed for a year, soon has become pregnant with her second daughter, has also breastfed for a year and the same with the third.

Despite trying to stay healthy during pregnancy, he did not feel comfortable with his body, until after the birth of the last of his children decided to undergo a training plan. 8 months ago he trained to get the body he had always wanted.

That's 8 months. 8 months of sweating, cursing, jumping, squatting, lunging, stepping, pressing & just moving in general. These changes don't happen over night & you have to WORK for it. But in my opinion, it is the best & most satisfying kind of work. I am a different person now than I was 8 months ago. I am comfortable in my own skin, I am stronger, I am healthier, I am happier for my kids, I am embracing my imperfections & I had the courage to make some tough life changes. And none of those things would have been possible if I hadn't made the decision 8 months ago that I was going to get fit and healthy for good! If I can do it, anyone can! In other news - week 21 arms today was insane. So much sweat and swearing haha. In and out push-ups followed by commandos followed by caterpillar walks followed by mountain climber push-ups. I mean come on 😨. But it's done! And so is HIIT for the week 👯. Hope you ladies are having a happy hump day! 😘
