Educational Meninheira started yesterday a solidarity action to help Celia, which with only eight months has already been operated twice due to severe congenital heart disease.
This little one will be intervened again at Boston Children's Hospital, and the high cost of all the treatment has motivated this initiative aimed at raising financial aid.
